You are going to love the rich earthy flavors of my Slow Cooker Cube Steak Marsala!

7th recipe in my yearlong series “52 weeks of slow cooker meals”
You are going to love the rich earthy flavors of my Slow Cooker Cube Steak Marsala! Cheap and simple family meals.
One of my wife’s favorite dishes is chicken marsala. I started making this for her earlier in our marriage and have perfected it over the years. Today I am bringing you a twist on one of her favorites using a very inexpensive cut of meat the cube steak. The cube steak doesn’t get a lot of love but if cooked correctly it is tender and tasty. I do brown the beef slightly before placing in the crockpot, Marasala wine is a nice complement to the earthiness of the beef and the mushrooms.
You are going to love the rich earthy flavors of my Slow Cooker Cube Steak Marsala! Cheap and simple family meals. The sauce is creamy and oh so tasty served over egg noodles. Add a salad and some crusty bread and you are in business. This dish isn’t as special as when I make my wife my own chicken marsala but it sure gets the job done for an easy weeknight meal at an incredibly affordable price. You are going to love the rich earthy flavors of my Slow Cooker Cube Steak Marsala! This sounds delicious Quinn! I love beef marsala, and using the crockpot you can use a lesser expensive cut of meat. Yum!
