Take your tailgating food to whole new level with my Game Day Black Bean Habanero Chili!!! Healthy and spicy! Get your #Tailgreatness on.
This is my time of year, perfect for the 3 F’s; food, football and fire pits. Cool crisp fall weather calls for great food and great football (Hopefully). I have the perfect place to watch football this fall in my new outdoor man-cave. Over the summer I built an outdoor entertainment area under my deck fully equipped with big screen tv, couches and a fire pit. You know this place is going to get lots of use!! Now I just need to figure out how to add a bathroom.I love to make chili and habanero is my favorite pepper. I was looking to make a chili that would highlight the great flavors of black beans and habaneros and also incorporate the colors of my favorite team. I decided to add some ground chicken to the Game Day Black Bean Habanero Chili for a little more protein but you could omit the chicken to keep it vegetarian.
So I was at Walmart the other day to pick up supplies for tailgating and to make my Black Bean Habanero Chili. Since my chili and my team might cause a case of heartburn, I also purchased a box of all new Nexium® 24HR 42 count tablets to get me prepared for my chili. To be prepared for game day make your Game Day Black Bean Habanero Chili at least a day ahead of time, so the flavors can come together. I also like to be prepared for spicy tailgate food by taking Nexium® 24HR, the day before, to enjoy every moment of the game free from the inconvenience of frequent heartburn. So far this year my team is trying to give me heartburn but I am ready. Nexium® 24HR also keeps working even after your Game Day indulgences and the game has concluded.
