Bacon Jack Grilled Turkey Burgers

Guys, my Bacon Jack Grilled Turkey Burgers is a great meal to make for your wife or mother on Mother’s Day. Serve with grilled corn and baked potatoes. Bacon Jack Grilled Turkey Burgers Method:

Cook bacon until crisp ( microwave 3-4 minutes ) drain on paper towels and chop. In large bowl combine turkey, bacon and next five ingredients. Do not over mix. Fold in cheese and breadcrumbs. Gently make six (6 oz) burgers. Chill burgers in fridge for 30 minutes. As burgers chill, light grill on medium heat. Clean and lightly oil cooking grates. Cook burgers on hot grill, 7-10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.** Do not overcook or turkey will dry out. Remove from heat an let rest 5 minutes before serving. Ingredients
  • 24 oz package ground turkey
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 light mayo
  • 2 tbsp A1 sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning (substitute season salt)
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby jack cheese finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • A1 aioli (recipes follows)
  • Hamburger buns

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lite mayo
  • 1 tablespoon A1 sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine and chill before serving.
