Making your own Homemade Fajita Seasoning allows you to control the sodium and preservative levels.
Fresher than store bought and it keeps for months in an airtight container.

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp crushed chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or coffee grinder.
- Process for 1 minute
- Store for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
So simple to make and will go great used in my Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Fajita’s
