Perfect seasoning for fajitas or other Mexican inspired foods.
Course: spice

Ingredients
Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp crushed chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or coffee grinder.
  2. Process for 1 minute
  3. Store for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
