Are your kids ready to go Back to School? What summer activities did they do this summer to keep them sharp and ready to learn?

Are your kids ready to go Back to School? What summer activities did they do this summer to keep them sharp and ready to learn?

My youngest daughter Ella has a great group of friends. They are all going into seventh grade next year and I am hoping this will not change them. Junior high, unfortunately, has been known to change sweet little girls. These wonderful young ladies love to have fun and are still comfortable being themselves. Are your kids ready to go Back to School? One of the girls moms had a great idea for the summer. She started a book club where the girls meet once a week over the summer. They usually meet at the local coffee shop for about an hour to review and discuss the book they have been reading. This was a great way to keep up their reading skills and their friendship.

I decided to get the girls snacks for the last book club meeting before they go back to school. I was at Sam’s Club® the other day picking up school supplies and grabbed a big box of Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Treats for the them to share as they meet for the last time before they start their new adventure into middle school.

What a fun idea to have a summer book club. Of course some rice krispies treats never hurt anything!
