Chili Spice Blend

Here is the recipe for my Chili Spice Blend. The more you add, the hotter your chili will be. I like it hot!! This recipe is used in my Texas Chili recipe.Chili Spice Blend for Texas Chili | www.dadwhats4dinner.com

Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp mild chili powder
  • 4 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp leaf oregano
  • 1 ½ tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Gerhardt chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Mexican hot chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredient’s to food processor and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Store in airtight container, for up to six months.
