Here is the recipe for my Chili Spice Blend. The more you add, the hotter your chili will be. I like it hot!! This recipe is used in my Texas Chili recipe.

- 8 tbsp mild chili powder
- 4 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp leaf oregano
- 1 ½ tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Gerhardt chili powder
- 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tbsp Mexican hot chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- Add all ingredient’s to food processor and blend for 1 minute.
Store in airtight container, for up to six months.
