Easy Meatloaf Sliders

When you need to feed meatloaf to a crowd, these Easy Meatloaf Sliders will hit the spot. Very moist and flavorful in a tasty little slider!

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 lbs. ground pork
  • 3 large egg lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup, divided
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry minced onion
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Mayonnaise
  • 24 slider-size hamburger buns

Optional:

  • Ketchup
  • 12 cheese slices
  • pickles
  • lettuce
  • raw onion slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mist a 11x15 baking dish, lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the beef, pork. eggs, 1 cup ketchup, bbq sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and the garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together using your hands but do not overwork.
  4. Press meatloaf mixture into the prepared baking dish. Brush the meatloaf with remaining ketchup and bake about 40 minutes.
  5. Carefully drain off excess grease and return to oven for anther 20-25 minutes until internal temperature of 160°F. Drain off grease and allow to cool. Slice meatloaf into 24 sliders.
  6. Spread mayo on one side of each bun and top with one slider. Serve each meatloaf slider on a prepared bun with additional condiments if desired.
