Cinnamon Roll French Toast
Cinnamon Roll French Toast combines two breakfast favorites in one sensational dish. Sweet cinnamon rolls transformed into a tasty French toast.

can Pillsbury® refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

eggs

2/3
cup
milk
-
1/3
cup
half and half
-
1/4
tsp
vanilla
-
dash of salt

1/4
cup
powder sugar

Bake cinnamon rolls according to package directions and cool completely. Can be made the night before. Slice each roll in half lengthwise.

Heat griddle to 375 or large pan on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.

In shallow bowl or dish combine milk, half and half, eggs, vanilla, and salt.

Soak each slice in mixture turn to coat completely and drain off excess. Cook 4 minutes on each side.

In small bowl melt icing in microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle slices with icing and dust with sugar.
