Peanut Butter Easter Bars

Kids and adults alike will love these Peanut Butter Easter Bars. Perfect dessert to make for Easter brunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter , melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups confectioner sugar
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Rodelle vanilla extract
  • 6-8 oz Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs
  • 16 oz vanilla candy melts (Kroger brand comes in a handy tray for melting the candy)

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl combine on low-speed butter, graham crackers, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Once combined and smooth, fold in 1 cup Whopper Mini Robin Eggs.
  2. Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place peanut butter mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. (Tip: Use wax paper coated with cooking spray to press down mixture).
  4. Lightly press Whoppers Mini Robbin Eggs on top of mixture.
  5. Melt white candy or chocolate in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and proceed to microwave in 15 second intervals until melted, stirring after each.
  6. Pour candy evenly over bars.
  7. Cool in refrigerator for 60 minutes. Cut and serve.
