Ingredients
1cupbutter, melted
2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
2cupsconfectioner sugar
1cupsmooth peanut butter
1tspRodelle vanilla extract
6-8ozWhoppers Mini Robin Eggs
16ozvanilla candy melts(Kroger brand comes in a handy tray for melting the candy)
Instructions
In mixing bowl combine on low-speed butter, graham crackers, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Once combined and smooth, fold in 1 cup Whopper Mini Robin Eggs.
Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper.
Place peanut butter mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. (Tip: Use wax paper coated with cooking spray to press down mixture).
Lightly press Whoppers Mini Robbin Eggs on top of mixture.
Melt white candy or chocolate in microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and proceed to microwave in 15 second intervals until melted, stirring after each.
Pour candy evenly over bars.
Cool in refrigerator for 60 minutes. Cut and serve.
