Slow Cooker Cuban Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken wings frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 jalapeños minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, besides the wings, in a medium bowl and whisk until salt is dissolved.
  2. Place chicken wings in crock pot.
  3. Pour mojo sauce over wings and shack to coat evenly.
  4. Cook on high for 2 hours.
  5. Spoon sauce over wings to re-coat.
  6. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  7. Prepare your grill for medium high heat.
  8. Grill wings for 4 minutes per side to crisp up the wings.
