Caramel Apple Pudding Shots

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant Butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup apple brandy or apple pucker schnapps
  • 1 cup Irish cream or butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce plus more for topping
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • chopped peanuts for topping


  1. Mix pudding and milk until well blended.
  2. Add apple brandy, Irish cream, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup caramel, mix well.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Divide into individual servings. I used a pastry bag and piped the pudding into 1 ounce cups
  5. Top with a squeeze of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of peanuts.
  6. Keep in freezer.
