Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips is a healthier version of the Mexican restaurant classic. A great recipe to get your kids started in the kitchen.

Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 12 10 inch Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Brush butter on one side of the flour tortillas. Generously sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Repeat on the flip side of the tortilla. 

  4. Arrange tortillas in single layer on baking sheets. 

  5. Bake until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.

  6. Let chips cool on a wire rack before breaking into pieces. 

  7. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping drizzled with honey.
