Get your grill ready to make this flavorful BBQ Chicken Pizza on Garlic Parmesan Focaccia. Done in 30 minutes using store bought chicken and focaccia bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of garlic parmesan focaccia bread.
  • 2 cups BBQ chicken cooked (you can also use rotisserie chicken, tossed with bbq sauce)
  • 1 cups light Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced, green parts only

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Place focaccia on a baking sheet.

  3. Top focaccia bread with shredded chicken.

  4. Cover chicken with Alfredo Sauce.

  5. Top with cheese, BBQ sauce and green onion.

  6. Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Serve with a side salad or fruit.
