Here is a twist on my original slider recipe using Goetta instead of ground beef. My Goetta Sliders are perfect for an upcoming party or for the Big Game

Ingredients
2tbsp. minced dehydrated onions
3lbs. Bulk GoettaSee my recipe for Slow Cooker Overnight Goetta
2tsp. seasoning salt
8slicesAmerican cheese. I use Boars Headlow sodium white American from Krogers
24slider buns or split dinner rolls
Pickles and other condiments to serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Spread onions evenly on a large cookie sheet or half sheet pan.
Place bulk goetta on top of onions.
Spread and press down meat to evenly cover onions. This can be prepared ahead of time.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Cook sliders in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Meat will shrink up.
