Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • cups <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span></span>2 cooked chicken diced </span> <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="" data-mce-bogus="1">store bought</span></span> <span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="bought " data-mce-bogus="1">rotisserie</span> works great
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce or your favorite Franks Buffalo
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion green part only
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span></span>1/4 blue cheese dressing </span> I use <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="use " data-mce-bogus="1">low fat</span></span>
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • cup <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span></span>1 shredded cheese. I use <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="use " data-mce-bogus="1">half</span></span> cheddar half pepper jack</span>
  • oz <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span></span>12 <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="oz " data-mce-bogus="1">low fat</span></span> cream cheese softened</span>
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese to coat
  • Crackers and celery for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and hot sauce.
  2. <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span></span>Add chicken onion and celery to food processor. Pulse until chopped but not <span class="mceItemHidden" data-mce-bogus="1"><span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="not " data-mce-bogus="1">pureed</span></span>.</span>
  3. Combine chicken mixture and remaining ingredients in bowl and blend together with hand mixer or spoon.
  4. Chill for 1 hour and shape into ball.
  5. Coat with cheese and chill until serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or celery.

Recipe Notes

To shape, line bowl with plastic wrap two times the size of the bowl. Place mixture in bowl. Cover with excess plastic wrap tightly and press down. When chilled easily remove wrapped ball from bowl and remove plastic wrap.
