Christmas M&M's Bundt Cake

  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 bag White Peppermint M and M's®
  • 1 bag Holiday Milk Chocolate M and M's®
  • 1 can Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Vanilla Flavored Green Frosting
  • 1 can Pillsbury™ Vanilla Frosting


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly grease and flour a bundt pan; set aside.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together water, milk, oil, and eggs.
  4. Place cake mix in a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour in wet ingredients and mix on low speed for 30 seconds.
  6. Beat on medium for 2 minutes until combined.
  7. Pour half of the cake batter into prepared bundt pan.
  8. Sprinkle about a 1/3 cup milk chocolate M&M's® and push down slightly into batter.
  9. Add red food coloring to remaining batter and mix until desired color is reached.
  10. Pour red cake batter over white.
  11. Add another cup of Milk chocolate M&M's® and push into batter.
  12. Bake cake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  13. Cool for 5 minutes then invert cake onto cooling rack.
  14. Cool completely.

To Decorate:

  1. Place white frosting in microwave for 30 seconds, stirring after every ten sec.
  2. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
  3. Do the same with the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Vanilla Flavored Green Frosting.
  4. Sprinkle with Funfetti® sprinkles.
  5. Place M&M's® White Peppermint in a random pattern.
  6. Pour remaining M&M's® White Peppermint into the center of the bundt.
  7. Enjoy with a big glass of milk.
