Ingredients

packages instant Vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2
cups
Eggnog
1
cup
Rumchata
1/2
cup
Rum
1/2
tsp,
nutmeg plus more to sprinkle on top

ounces
Cool Whip, divided, plus more for topping,
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix vanilla pudding, Eggnog,
Rumchata
, rum and 1/2 tsp nutmeg until well blended.
Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping until blended.
Pipe the pudding into individual 1-ounce cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cover with lids.
Store in freezer.
