Santa doesn't want milk and cookies this year he wants my Eggnog Pudding Shots. The classic Holiday drink transformed into a creamy adult treat.

Eggnog Pudding Shots

  • 2 3 1/2 ounce packages instant Vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups Eggnog
  • 1 cup Rumchata
  • 1/2 cup Rum
  • 1/2 tsp, nutmeg plus more to sprinkle on top
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, divided, plus more for topping,


  1. In a medium bowl, mix vanilla pudding, Eggnog, Rumchata, rum and 1/2 tsp nutmeg until well blended.
  2. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until blended.
  4. Pipe the pudding into individual 1-ounce cups.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cover with lids.
  6. Store in freezer.
