Pimento Cheese Dip is a great combination of the simple pimento cheese sandwich in dip form. A southern twist on the Jarlsberg Dip from Kroger's.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Sharp Cheddar grated
  • 6 ounces Pepper Jack grated
  • 6 ounces Jarlsberg Cheese grated
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Add the Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Jarlsberg Cheese to a bowl with the cream cheese. 

  2. Add in the pimentos and salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Add in half the mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer, begin to blend together.

  4. Add the remaining mayo and continue mixing until creamy.
