Peanut Butter Candy Corn Blondie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter,softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup candy corn

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and then add vanilla. Beat until creamy.
  4. In another bowl sift together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Slowly add to the mixing bowl with motor on low.
  6. Mix in white chocolate chips, peanuts, and candy corn just until combined. Do not over-mix.
  7. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely.
  10. Cut into 24 squares.
