Ingredients
3quartsof filtered water
3/4cupsugar or sucanat
Juice of 10 lemons plus 2 lemons, sliced
2/3cupfresh or frozen raspberries, divided
1cupof whey
powdered probiotic(optional)
fresh mint(optional)
Instructions
Combine water and sugar in a gallon jar.
Stir until dissolved.
Add lemon juice, 1/2 cup raspberries.
Add the whey, making sure the mixture is at room temperature.
Cover tightly and let sit on the counter for 48 hours.
Pour the lemonade through strainer into a serving pitcher.
