Ingredients

olive oil

lb.
5 uncooked bratwurst, sliced into 1" rounds,
1
lb.
pork loin chops, diced
2
large carrots, sliced
1
cup
celery ribs, diced
1
large onion, diced
2 1/2
cups
beef stock
1
cup
German Lager beer
2
bay leaves
1/4
tsp.
pepper
2
(15.5oz.)
cans white beans (Great Northern or Cannelloni), rinsed
2
cups
sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Sear cut sides of bratwurst to seal and place in crockpot.
Add next eight ingredients to pepper.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Stir in white beans and sauerkraut and cook for another hour or so.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
