When you are craving the flavors of a cheeseburger but want finger foods instead, then my Mini Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos are sure to please. The perfect appetizer for the Big Game!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. season salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 36 scooped tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Deans Cheddar Bacon Dip
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • Optional pickle relish
  • Optional ketchup
  • Optional mustard

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in medium skillet; drain. Stir in seasoning salt and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Arrange chips in single layer on a serving tray; fill equally with hamburger mix, pickle relish (optional), tomato, lettuce, and Deans Cheddar Bacon Dip. Top with bacon bits and green onion.
